• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., Check-out time is noon.
• Suite rates include a bountiful gourmet breakfast for or one or two persons & all units have small refrig-erators, TV/VCR, complimentary videos, coffee service, & many other amenities.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover to hold your reservation.
• Reservations by cash or personal check are held for five days pending receipt of an advance payment of 50% of the total amount.
• Cancellations or any changes in reservations will be charged a fee of $15 per suite.
• Cancellations or any changes in reservations that are made seven (7) or fewer days prior to the check-in date, will be charged 50% of the total amount.
• Failure to provide a notification of cancellation or change in reservation  will be charged 100% of due amount.
• There are no refunds for early departures.
• All suites are NONSMOKING (smoking is permitted on the porches and patios)
• Sorry, pets are not permitted.
• Gift Certificates are available and are a wonderful and unique gift.
